so far so good. app starts, didn't recognize my flight but the error was mine (mistook letter O for number zero 0). then app added my flight correctly and checked in without further hassle. be advised, after checking in there was a note informing the boarding passes will be available 6 hours before departure. my flight is 31 days from now. will update if that part works properly. wish me luck, most reviews I've read are very very bad for My trip.

Most useless App and agents - each time it takes more than 30 min to connect to a live agent and more than an hour to receive any kind of information (which is always repetative from the previous chat). If your screen get locked or move to a previous menu (f.e. to copy flight details) it doesn't allow you to get back to the same chat - again you go through new chat with their virtual assistant. I'm waiting for a refund on a cancelled flight from March and still no news. Honestly never again!

This app attracts you with reasonable flight prices, and when you go to checkout, they put the price up after you have already tried paying lower price. It happened to me the last 3 or 4 times I have tried to use it! Won't be using it again!
